Drink four to ten cups of green tea per day, either hot or cold.
2BEFORE BREAKFAST - Drink another glass of green tea before breakfast. Each glass should be at least eight ounces.
Drinking green tea before meals will help you to feel full so you will eat less. Eat small portions and then wait at least twenty minutes to allow your stomach to tell your brain that you are full.
Drink another glass after breakfast if you are not full after twenty minutes. The green tea will be burning fat, keeping you full and protecting you from diseases all day long.
3BEFORE LUNCH - Drink another glass of green tea before lunch.
Drink your green tea cold or iced during the spring and summer or whenever it is warm outside. Drink your green tea hot during the fall and winter or whenever it is cold outside. Your body will need to work harder to bring the liquid to an ambient temperature. This act will increase your metabolism and help you burn more calories.
