    Eat 3 meals a day and snacks in between. Normally severe weight loss is due to skipping meals and losing valuable nutrients. The best way to gain weight is to make sure you eat 3, well spaced out meals a day. For instance if you party all night and wake up at 2 in the afternoon, your body goes without much needed nutrients for hours. So set an eating schedule and stick to it.

    Eat healthy foods. Healthy foods are weight gain foods. Weight loss can be a result of your body not getting the proper nutrients it needs to grow. Be sure to eat fresh fruits and vegetables at every meal. Avoid weight gain supplements that are un natural and bad for your body.
